LOWELL SPINNERS GROUP SALES BEGIN FEBRUARY 1

Prepared to match last season’s record first-day sales

LOWELL, MA – The Lowell Spinners announced today that group sales for the 2008 season are scheduled to begin booking on Friday, February 1. The Spinners are prepared to match last year’s team record of 25,500 tickets sold on the opening day of group sales.

Beginning February 1, fans will be able to schedule Gator Pit outings, Birthday Parties, Family 10-Packs, and other group outings of 30 or more by calling the Lowell Spinners Ticket Office at 978-459-1702 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Along with group sales, fans will also be able to book Scout Night Sleepovers (scheduled for Friday, July 18 and Saturday, August 16) and Baseball Camps (Session One scheduled for July 22-24 and Session Two scheduled for August 6-8).

Individual ticket sales are scheduled to begin in late March with the exact date to be determined.

Members of Thread Sox Nation, the Lowell Spinners’ official fan access package, will participate in an exclusive one-day pre-sale before individual tickets are made available to the general public in March.
