Drew Weber, (Owner and CEO, Lowell Spinners
Co-Owner , New Hampshire Fisher Cats)
Drew has been the owner of the Lowell Spinners since 1997 and, as of January, 2003, is the co-owner of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, the AA Affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. During this period his Spinners organization has endured great success. They have sold out every game since the mid-point of the 1999 season and have won two of Minor League Baseball's highest honors, the Larry MacPhail Promotional Trophy and Baseball America's Bob Freitas Award. Drew had two favorite teams while growing up in Rockville Center, NY: the Brooklyn Dodgers and whoever played the New York Yankees. Weber graduated from the University of Cincinnati and New York University's Graduate Business School before meeting and marrying his late wife Joann. Drew has two children, Michael and Kate. Michael and his wife make their home in New Jersey. Kate resides in Manhattan, NY. Since the death of Joann, the Weber's have established the Joann Weber Foundation to benefit all charities throughout the Greater Lowell area.
